Since 1976 Trilby's BBQ Sauce has been enhancing the flavor of beef, pork, seafood and poultry in the great Pacific Northwest! Whether barbecuing outdoors on an open grill or cooking indoors in the oven, "Trilby's is the Best!"
Our award winning sauces are made in the Kansas City tradition – they are sweet, tangy and smoky with a little pepper to the finish. Each 30 gallon batch is made by hand with the highest quality ingredients and the utmost care. Trilby's BBQ Sauces are great as a condiment for burgers & sandwiches, for dipping appetizers, fries & chips, as ingredients in recipes like meatloaf & baked beans and of course for basting ribs & chicken!
Our line of seasonings are perfect for dry rubbing meat prior to cooking or as general purpose seasonings for soups, sauces and entrees. All our rub recipes are MSG & gluten free and are low in sodium and sugar so you can add great flavor to your food even if you have dietary restrictions.
Our new line of gourmet dip mixes round out your gathering or meal with a great appitezer. Hand-blended in small batches, all are MSG & gluten free. Simply mix with 2 cups of sour cream and you are done! For healthy options, mix with greek yogurt or fat free yogurt. Mix with cream cheese for a great spread for bagels or crackers.

Trilby's Original Spicy BBQ Sauce takes 2nd place in the World Series of BBQ Sauce Contest!
We sent our sauces to Kansas City for the American Royal World Series of BBQ and are proud to have placed 2nd in the Tomato Hot BBQ sauce category with Trilby's original Spicy sauce. Leaders of the 5 categories take their point scores into the overall rankings to compete for the title of "World's Best BBQ Sauce." We are proud to announce that we had a point score that tied that of this year's winner, but Jack's Sweet Hot out of Nashville won the tie. Good job Jack!

Trilby's captures two awards! "Best BBQ Sauce" and the "People's Choice" Awards Trilby's staked their claim to the bragging rights in Northwest Washington for the "Best BBQ Sauce" and the "People Choice" Awards at Nooksack River Casino's Best of the Pacific Northwest BBQ Cookoff 2006.
The cookoff packed in over 4,000 people checking out the festivities and to sample the "Best BBQ Sauce", "Best BBQ Pork Shoulder", Best BBQ Pork Ribs, and Best BBQ Chicken.
YEEEE HAAAA! Trilby's first award! Beating several other former champs, Trilby's BBQ Sauce took top honors of "Grand Champion" and "1st Place in Taste" at the La Salle County Wild Pig Cook-Off in Texas, a place renowned for its spicy food!
Every year, over 250 Texan Teams compete at the La Salle County Fairgrounds to see who will earn bragging rights for the best BBQ sauce, and Trilby's won in 2000 and 2001 confirming everyone's suspicions and of course bragging rights that, "Trilby's is the Best!"
